Featured in the climactic scene of the independent film “The Adulterer,” starring Tony Award-winning actress Alice Ripley (Next to Normal, Les Mis) and Cris Diamantopolous (Les Mis, Waitress, Silcon Valley), a winner at several film festivals. 2011
“Return To Me” is arranged by Keiji Ishiguri for Yale’s first coed a cappella singing group, Redhot & Blue, a group that Marina directed while at Yale. The song, now known as “The Epiphanal Version,” is a beloved staple of the Redhot & Blue repertoire.
2013
In the wake of the school shooting in Sandy Hook, Marina and Julie closed the 5500 person March for Change rally on February 14, 2013 with an a cappella rendition of "Return to Me” for all of those who have lost loved ones to gun violence, Connecticut legislators took note, and on April 4, 2013, they passed the strongest and most comprehensive gun legislation in the nation.
2014
Return To Me: The Singles, featuring a re-issue of Marina’s 2000 recording, now known as “The Millennial Version” and a recording of the song by Yale’s Redhot & Blue, now known as “The Epiphanal Version” with 5 stars on Amazon.
The "Millennial” version of “Return to Me” is skated to by Olympic Gold Medalists Katia Gordeeva and Ilia Kulik on national television (ABC).
